excellent location helpful staff streaming options
the location is excellent for public transportation access. i walked to many shops. the staff at the reception were helpful, and i found them responsive. tv and streaming options were available.

the bed and bathroom were super clean and cozy. the hotel is very close to a metro station. the rijksmuseum is a short distance away. there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel too.

great location easy access convenient store narrow stairs unclean room slow drain
the location was great. i could easily walk to many attractions (i really enjoyed the heineken museum nearby). it was also nice that a convenience store was so close. the central station was just two metro stops away, so i didn't need a taxi.
the stairs were quite narrow. it was difficult to carry my luggage up and down (i could have asked for assistance). also, the room wasn't very clean, particularly the bathroom. the drain in the bathroom was slow, so i couldn't use the shower for long.

good location amazing staff narrow stair dark room
The location was quite good. I easily accessed many places. The staff were amazing.. they were really nice. They were also approachable.
The stairs were very narrow. They were also steep. The room was very dark even with all the lights on. Curtains were open.

excellent location helpful staff tv streaming free coffee
the location is excellent. it is close to public transportation. i also appreciated the helpful reception staff. the tv streaming options were good (this was a nice surprise!). free coffee and tea were available, which i thought was really nice.
the stairs were quite narrow (it's something to be aware of).

the reception staff were very helpful and responsive. they assisted with luggage (especially appreciated on the upper floors!). i found them generally attentive to guest needs.
